Love between two people of any gender is not a sin. That must be proclaimed from our churches, as repentance for the oppression we have visited upon the LGBTQ+ community. The Bible teaches that any group or individual that has been oppressed, silenced, imprisoned, or suffered injustice must be lifted up. It’s what Jesus did for women, foreigners, Samaritans, tax collectors, and more. Let us open our hearts to welcome and support all people of love.
