June Jubilee is a tradition that dates back many decades at Katonah Presbyterian Church. This special worship service celebrates the culmination of the Sunday School year. Our children and youth help to plan and lead the service, which shares some highlights of what they have learned and done throughout the year. Some voluntarily offer to share their musical talents, and many clamor for the opportunity to read or perform for their church family. This year all grades engaged in lessons using the Follow Me: Biblical Practices for Faithful Living curriculum, which helped us explore how Jesus called us to follow him. “Follow Me, KPC” attempts to mimic a streaming platform with a call to follow the children and youth as we learn and strive to be welcoming to all, walk through our fears, celebrate the newness of baptism, and worship God together.
