Forgiven and freed by God in Jesus Christ, and empowered by the Holy Spirit , we commit ourselves:

• to build an inclusive, caring community of women that strengthens the Presbyterian Church (USA) and witnesses to the promise of God's kingdom.

PW is an organization of women who gather for fellowship the third or fourth Thursday of the months September through June. PW meets 11:30 am - 2:00 pm for a luncheon meal, a short meeting and a program. Childcare is provided for infants and pre-schoolers.

The PW Board meets to provide guidance to the different activities of PW. Bible study, Sponsor-A-Baby (providing needed items for babies of mothers in prison), and Sewing Fellowship (sewing layettes, camp bags and health kits for the needy) are among the activities. The Bible Study Fellowship discusses and reflects on Christian Biblical perspectives, inspiring members to grow in their faith.

In early spring PW sponsors a Rummage and Bake Sale. Most of the congregation participates in the fellowship provided by this Monday to Saturday event. This makes available low cost items for our local community and all monies received are used for mission. This includes Presbyterian Mission world wide and local missions such as: The Community Center, Northern Westchester Shelter and Americares - Homefront.
