Mission Trip to Nicaraqua |

In February 2006, 20 members of our congregation went on a Mission Trip to Nicaraqua with the Bridges to Community organization. There they built homes, dedicated a new Bridges office in loving memory of Matthew Stuen, and bonded with the people they met.
On Sunday, March 26 the group held a "Stockholder's Dinner" for all who purchased stock in the Mission trip. After a delicious meal -- complete with rice and beans -- travellers were able to share first hand what the trip was all about, through a powerpoint presentation created by one of the youth participants, Nick. They also shared stories and reflections, young and old alike!
