On any given Sunday, as many as 150 children participate in our Sunday School program!  Sund  ay school classes are provided from September 7 to June 6. Young children through Grade 1 go directly to their classrooms when they arrive each Sunday. Children in Kindergarten and older attend the beginning part of the worship service, and are then dismissed to their separate classes. Infant care is provided year-round in the nursery. See the Sunday School Schedule for times and locations. Following are the specific classes offered: Infants Nurturing care in a room filled with fun, age- appropriate toys, where parents can drop little ones off, or stay and listen to the service, which is piped into the nursery through speakers. Pre-School (Ages 3-4) and Kindergarten-Grade 1
Grades 2-3 and Grades 4-5
Bible lessons and discussion, interactive explorations of faith, challenging puzzles and games, arts and crafts, and service projects. Bagels provided. Confirmation Class (Grade 8-9) Intensive course of study to prepare our older children for membership in the church. Senior High (Grades 9-12)   New this year! “Senior High Only” education and fellowship forum for Bible study, exploration of faith and dialogue about contemporary issues and events, following the worship service. Led by our Parish Associate, Reverend Diane Jamison Fitch. Bagels provided. |
